More than 90% of people having smartphone(s) can't go a single day without their smartphone with them, but most a times, we forget our wallets and ATM card.
Imagine something happens and you need to use your ATM, only to discover it's not in your wallet or pocket, Samsung has got you covered provided you live in South Korea, but nevertheless, we expect this futuristic feature to be the norm sooner than we think.
Samsung "Pay Now" will allow you withdraw money from an ATM machine even without your ATM card. Currently, this service is only available in South Korea to Woori Bank, but Samsung says it will be expanding it's mobile payments service to Australia, Brazil, Canada, Singapore, Spain and the UK this year. No Nigeria, yet. :(
Asides this futuristic features, Samsung Pay has a feature that sets it apart from other "pay" solutions, which is the ability to work with any kind of POS, both new and traditional.
With a solution like this, I doubt if the smartphone adoption rate will go into extinction as predicted, or what do you think guys?
